- Cuocere i piselli con un filo d'olio, un po' d'acqua e un pizzico di sale. Frullare con il minipimer e mettere da parte.
- In un altro pentolino sbollentare per 6 minuti le fave e scolarle.
- Tagliare a dadini piccoli tutte le verdure e metterle in un wok con un filo d'olio; unire le fave e un pochino d'acqua e far cuocere per circa un quarto d'ora.
- In una pentola portare ad ebollizione l'acqua aggiungere il sale e iniziare a calare gli spatzle con l'apposito attrezzo. Appena vengono a galla scolarli con la schiumarola e aggiungerli nella pentola delle verdure
- Unire la crema di piselli e un po' di taleggio a tocchetti e mantecare
- Servire con dei fili di peperoncino o del pepe
