  2. Nel frattempo che la zucca si cuoce preparate la frolla. Su una spianatoia disponete a fontana creando un buco in mezzo tutti gli ingredienti sechi, la farina, lo zucchero, il cacao, la cannella, il bicarbonato e il sale.
  3. Al centro versate l’uovo con il burro e iniziate ad impastare, se risulta troppo appiccicosa la frolla aggiungete la farina fino alla giusta consistenza. Avvolgete la frolla nella pellicola e lasciatela per 30 minuti in frigo.
  4. Trascorso il tempo di riposo prendete lo stampo imburrato e infarinato, stendeteci tutta la folla. Mettete in fono a 180° per 10 minuti.
  5. Quando la zucca sarà cotta frullatela. In una ciotola sbattete la ricotta con lo zucchero, poi aggiungete la purea di zucca, la cannella e la noce moscata e lavorate fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea.
  6. Trascorsi i 10 minuti sfornate la frolla e versateci sopra la crema di zucca e infornate per altri 40 minuti.
  7. Una volta sfornata fatela raffreddare, sciogliete il cioccolato e create il disegno.
