- Intanto ho messo i fagioli a bagno tutta la notte, al mattino li ho sciacquati e messi in cottura per due ore, ho preparato gli ingredienti
- Tagliato e tritato la cipolla, l’ho messa in tegame con un filo d’olio, fatta rosolare, nel frattempo ho tritato carote e sedano, tagliato i pomodorini a metà, pulito le patate, quindi al soffritto di cipolla ho inserito il trito di ortaggi (carote e sedano)
- Poi ho messo i pomodorini, fatti cuocere per 2 min ho unito l’acqua di cottura dei fagioli, le patate
- E fatte cuocere per 5/6 min, ho lavato e tagliato bietola e cavolo cappuccio, e così ho inserito nel tegame prima la bietola
- Poi il cappuccio, ho mescolato e ho aggiunto mezzo cucchiaino di curcuma.
- Metà della porzione di fagioli, l’altra metà l’ho frullata con poca acqua di cottura.
- Creando una purea che ho inserito nella zuppa mescolato ho lasciato cuocere qualche min poi ho spento facendola riposare prima d’impiattare
- Nel frattempo ho tostato due fette di pane, tagliato e fatto dei crostini, che andranno ad accompagnare la zuppa
