  3. Trascorso il tempo di riposo riprendere la nostra pasta fare dei serpentelli tagliarli a pezzetti quindi passarli sul riga gnocchi e disporli su un vassoio con la farina di semola perché non si attacchino
  4. Cuocere in acqua salata,scolare e saltare nel sugo che abbiamo preparato
