The ingredients needed to make Tadig:
  1. Take 200 grammi di riso

  2. In una pentola fare a bollire abbondante acqua e calare il riso scolato. Mescolare e cuocere per 10 minuti. Scolare e mettere da parte
  3. In una pentola antiaderente (diametro 16cm) mettere l'acqua, il burro e i pistilli di zafferano; scaldare e fare sciogliere
  4. Mettere metà del liquido da parte e fuori dal fuoco versare nel pentolino il riso con delicatezza. Schiacciare il riso e fare qualche buco con il cucchiaio di legno per far salire il vapore
  5. Coprire la pentola con il coperchio e cuocere per 5 minuti a fuoco abbastanza alto (si deve sentire il rumore viz- viz)
  6. Quando non si sente più il rumore abbassare la fiamma e versare l'altro liquido sopra e coprire con il coperchio avvolto in un canovaccio umido e lasciar cuocere per circa mezz'ora. Prima di sformare aspettare 5 minuti.
  7. Capovolgere su un piatto da portata e servire in purezza o accompagnato con spezzatini di carne o verdure stufate
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
