  5. Spennella con il burro fuso fatto intiepidire, cospargi con un po' di pangrattato tutta la superficie poi metti il ripieno lasciando 2cm vuoti da ogni lato.
  6. Ripiega i 4 bordi all'interno e, con l'aiuto della carta forno, arrotola lo strudel. Spennella con un po' di burro fuso e cuoci in forno statico 20 minuti a 180°c e 30 minuti a 170°c finché la superficie non sarà dorata.
  7. Fai raffreddare completamente, meglio se qualche ora, poi spolverizza con zucchero a velo.
