  10. Cuocere in forno preriscaldato statico a 180° per 30/40 minuti.Prima di estrarla fare la prova stecchino.
  11. Far raffreddare completamente e poi trasferirla su un vassoio.
  12. Spolverizzare a piacere con lo zucchero a velo.
