  1. Per cominciare tagliate le mele a fettine non troppo sottili, aggiungete 1 cucchiaio di zucchero, bagnatele con il succo di un limone per non farle annerire e lasciate da parte

In una ciotola capiente rompete le uova, cominciate a montare per qualche minuto e aggiungete lo zucchero un po' alla volta, continuando a frullare (è importante lavorare bene uova e zucchero per ottenere un composto soffice e spumoso). Aggiungete il latte e l'olio e poi la farina setacciata (anche questa un po' alla volta) e infine il lievito e la cannella
  3. Una volta che l'impasto è pronto versateci dentro una buona parte delle mele, mescolate con l'aiuto di una spatola e versate in una teglia (24/26cm di diametro) imburrata e infarinata. Decorate con le mele rimanenti e infornate (forno statico preriscaldato) a 180° per circa 50/55 minuti (fate la classica prova stecchino tenendo conto che, essendoci le mele, rimane un po' umida e che il tempo di cottura varia da forno a forno). Sfornate, lasciate raffreddare per bene e spolverizzate con zucchero
