- Aggiungere i cubetti di mela al composto e amalgamare il tutto. Versare il composto all'interno della teglia e posizionare gli spicchi di mela sopra la torta decorandola. Cospargere un po' di zucchero semolato e infornare la torta per circa 40 minuti.
- Sfornata la torta lasciarla raffreddare e a piacimento cospargere sopra lo zucchero a velo o lasciarla "cruda". È gustosa sia calda che fredda.
