  2. Mescolate gli ingredienti con un cucchiaio e unite 4 cucchiai di olio extravergine e acqua quanto basta fino ad ottenere un composto liscio ed omogeneo.
  3. Potete arricchire la vostra ricetta con altra frutta secca, gocce di cioccolato o zucchero di canna integrale per dolcificare, ricordando comunque che sia la farina di castagne che l'uvette risultano già piuttosto dolci.
  4. Cuocete il castagnaccio in forno a 180° per 40 minuti.
