  2. Get 200 gr. farina di mais

Steps to make Jack's muffin:
  1. Partiamo dal pulire la zucca dalla buccia ed arrivare a 360 gr.
  2. Tagliare a tocchetti. Pulire lo scalogno e tritare grossolanamente.
  3. Lavare e asciugare il rosmarino dopo aver eliminato il ramoscello.
  4. Scaldare una padella e mettere 10 gr. di olio evo. Quando questo sarà caldo aggiungere lo scalogno e far rosolare. Dopodiché aggiungere la zucca e il rosmarino e aggiustare di pepe. Cuocere per circa 15 minuti o fino a quando la zucca non sarà morbida. Spegnere e fare raffreddare quando è cotta.
  5. Ora in un mixer mettere la farina di mais, la farina 00, la zucca cotta, l'olio rimanente, il latte, il lievito e il sale e frullare fino a quando non si ottiene un composto omogeneo.
  6. Tritare grossolanamente le nocciole e aggiungerle all'impasto. Mischiare e riempire per 3/4 gli appositi pirottini che fodereranno gli stampi da muffin.
  7. Guarnire con i semi di zucca e mettere a cuocere in forno statico preriscaldato a 180 gradi per circa 30 minuti.
  8. Sfornare e far raffreddare. Servire o da soli o con salumi a vostro piacimento accompagnati da delle fresche bollicine bianche. Buon apericena! 😋😉
