- A questo punto tritatele con un passaverdure o con un frullatore. Preparare la sciroppo con acqua e zucchero e prima che raggiunga il bollore, versare la farina ottenuta. Cuocere a fiamma bassa per circa 20 minuti
- Aggiungere la vaniglia e il liquore. Invasare calda (Vedi la ricetta)
- Per il dolce: una volta fredda unire alla crema di castagne il cacao e mettere in frigorifero per 30 minuti a rassodare.
- Montare la panna e mettere in una sac-poche. Utilizzare uno schiaccia patate e versare la crema su un piatto. formare i ciuffi di panna intorno
- Aggiungere la panna in cima spolverare di cacao e aggiungere le scaglie di cioccolato fondente.
- Guarnire con castagna
