- Infornare a 180 gradi per 40 minuti a forno preriscaldato e ventilato. Controllare con uno stecchino la cottura, se la superficie dovesse iniziare a scurirsi più del dovuto bagnare un pezzo di carta da forno, strizzarlo e coprire la tortiera fino a fine cottura.
