  1. Per prima cosa, ungere e infarinare uno stampo per dolci, da 24 cm di diametro, (nella foto io ne ho usato uno rettangolare) ed accendere il forno statico a 180 gradi.
  2. In una capiente ciotola, sbattere bene, con le fruste elettriche, 3 uova con 150 g di zucchero. Sempre continuando a mescolare aggiungere 120 g di olio e il vasetto di yogurt.
  3. Versare ora, a cucchiaiate, 250 g di farina, 20 g di farina di cocco, la bustina di lievito per dolci e amalgamare fino ad ottenere un impasto senza grumi.
  4. Sbucciare e tagliare mezza mela a pezzettini. Mescolarla all'impasto con un cucchiaio di legno insieme ad un pizzico di cannella (il resto delle mele servirå per la decorazione). Tagliare anche le altre mele a fettine sottili e sistemarle su tutta la superficie, cospargendole con un pochino di zucchero. Aggiungere anche le lamelle di mandorle.
  5. Cuocere in forno statico preriscaldato a 180° per 40/ 45 minuti. Una volta cotta e raffreddata, togliere la torta dallo stampo e spolverarla con zucchero a velo.
