- Mettere abbondante olio evo nella tortiera ed aggiungere l’impasto
- Aggiungere sopra i pinoli ed i rametti di rosmarino un paio di giri di olio evo ed in forno a 160 gradi per 40 min circa
- Il castagnaccio è pronto quando sulla superficie si formano delle crepe
- Togliere dal forno buttare l’olio in eccesso e lasciare freddare
