- Per la pasta disponete la farina a fontana sulla spianatoia e mescolate con l’uova. Impastate e piano piano aggiungete un po’ di acqua se serve. Una volta ottenuto un impasto elastico e liscio lasciare riposare coperto per almeno 15 min
- Nel frattempo tagliate il cavolo levando tutti pezzI duri. Tagliate a pezzetti anche la cipolla che facciamo soffriggere nel olio. Aggiungete il cavolo e fate cuocere a fiamma bassa per qualche minuto. Sfumate con l’aceto e fate cuocere per un po’ a fiamma bassissima…..
- Stendete la pasta fino ad ottenere una sfoglia fine e tagliate a rettangoli 3x2 dita circa
- La pasta va cotto ovviamente in abbondante acqua salata e poi aggiunto insieme al prezzemolo al cavolo.. saltata e servita.
