- Lessate gli spaghetti in abbondante acqua salata, e utilizzate contestualmente un po di acqua di cottura che aggiungerete nelle verdure in cottura.
- Qualche minuto prima di scolare la pasta, che deve essere molto al dente, aggiungete nel tegame assieme al composto di zucchine stufate, il provolone tagliato a piccoli tocchettini e il burro. Amalgamate bene il condimento.
- Scolate gli spaghetti e uniteli in tegame con il condimento e le zucchine fritte. mescolate bene e servite il piatto ben caldo.
